1. How is the purchase process?

2. Is the website only in English?

Not only. The website is in English by default with the prices in Dollars and also in Spanish with the prices in Colombian pesos, You can choose the language of preference in the second icon of the upper right "user" in the option "Language". 3. What transport companies does Jolie Mini Couture work with?

The companies responsible for making national shipments (Colombia) are Fedex, Deprisa or Servientrega, everything depends on the destination city. For international shipments we work with DHL.

4. How can I track my shipment?

You can track your order on the website of the company in charge of your shipment with the tracking number provided by us in your order confirmation email.

5. What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for Barranquilla, Medellín, Cali, Bogota, Santa Marta and Cartagena is 2 to 3 business days. For the rest of the country, we will deliver you r order within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery period will start counting from the confirmation of your payment.

6. I did not receive my order, what can I do?

If you did not receive your order within the stipulated period, please send us an email to info@jolieminicouture.com to verify what happened and we will contact you to give you an answer as soon as possible!

7. What should I do if I want to change the delivery address?

To change the address please send an email info@jolieminicouture.com, this may cause your order to take approximately 2 business days longer than normally stipulated.

8. Can I change my order once I have paid it?

Before your purchases have been prepared for shipment, we can cancel an item, resize or edit your billing and shipping information. 10. If I make a return, can I have my money back?

All returned merchandise will be refunded at full value. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 busi ness days to appear in your account.

11. I chose a model but the size I am looking for does not appear, what does that mean?

If the product you chose does not appear in the size you are looking for it is because it is sold out, however you can send us an email indicating the model and size you are looking for and we will confirm if we have the fabric in stock to produce it.

14. How are the sizes of Jolie Mini Couture?

Our sizes has been developed by Jolie Mini Couture taking into account the age of each girl, her weight and average height according to age, this is why if the girl is for example 6 years the recommended size would be 6, unless It is very tall or thickly, we recommend one more size, however you can consult our size guide at http://jolieminicouture.com/en/content/14-size-guide where we also indicate how you can take the measurements.

15. If the size I am looking for does not appear in the options or my daught er is over 12 years old, can I make a custom order?
